Our client is a rapidly growing, market leading healthcare services provider. They also manufacture products that are used in the healthcare industry. They operate both in the UK and overseas and are a FTSE 250 company.
We have 10 exclusive opportunities for graduates to join a fantastic rotational graduate scheme. You will spend a year in two different business lines and will carry out several varied projects within each line.
There are a huge variety of projects that you could get involved with. Example projects would be:
- Working with a Director to help define business strategy and build business plans
- Helping to integrate a newly acquired business
- Report writing among a range of divisions
- Performing analytics to provide business insight
- Assisting product development
- Delivering a project to help increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Research into new markets

What are we looking for?
- A commercially minded Science or Engineering graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 from a top 30 University
- Analytical, logical, inquisitive, problem solvers who are willing to challenge using innovative thinking
- Full geographical mobility; initially you will be based in Derby in the UK but there could be scope to go overseas
- Strong leadership potential, so extra-curricular activity, positions of responsibility and work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, initiative and resourcefulness
- Flexible and adaptable
It would be nice if you also had language skills (particularly Italian).
