Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Management Consultancy

Our client is a large international organisation, who provide real estate services. They have more than 200 offices and associates globally. They offer a broad range of specialist advisory, management and transactional services.

Our client is now looking for a graduate to join them in their busy department. They provide a wide range of consultancy and strategic advice services to organisations within the public sector, mainly Housing Associations, Registered Providers and local authorities.

You will be supporting a Senior Director working on a number of key, complex projects. You will be working with public sector clients, as well as legal advisors, surveyors and other professionals. You will be involved in arranging and attending client meetings, developing and managing project plans and carrying out research and analysis.

The post is initially for 6 months, but with the potential to go permanent, based on performance.

Essential skills for the role to include:

- At least a 2.1 or above in your chosen degree
- Genuine interest in consultancy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to simultaneously work across various projects
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to be responsive and use initiative
- IT skills
