Job Title: Graduate Trainee Legal Recruiter

Our client is a specialist legal recruitment agency offering a quality, professional service to both legal candidates and clients across the UK.

They assist candidates in finding jobs in law, in any area of the legal profession; from training and legal secretary jobs, through paralegal jobs, to barrister or solicitors jobs.

They were established in 1999 and have a network of strategically placed regional offices across the country, making them one of the UK's largest privately owned legal recruitment companies. They pride themselves on investment and training in their recruitment consultants as it ensures that both their clients and candidates alike receive the very best in their specialist area.

There are two roles available in their London office to join and support a small team of specialist recruiters. Initially joining in the position of Researcher, you will be looking to identify the most suitable candidates for a range of commercial roles within the legal client base. As your understanding and skill level grows you will get the opportunity to work on more senior level requirements and in the longer term, to gain the added responsibility of forging new business relationships with clients.

The basic salary is circa £20k depending on experience and you will have the chance to earn commission on top.

Ideally you will have a degree in a law-related field or have some work experience or interest in the industry. You must carry a mature personality as you will be dealing with professional executives. This is a largely phone-based role so our client will only hire those with fantastic levels of communication in English. Preference will be given to those who have some sales or office-based experience.
