Job Title: Graduate Trainee IT Resourcer

A highly specialised technology recruiter who provides contract and permanent recruitment solutions for a range of clients across the UK, Europe and beyond.

Two immediate positions are available in a fantastic location in central Brighton.

An opportunity has arisen to work closely with the director of the company who can share insight on over 16 years of experience within the IT recruitment industry. You will be working as a Resourcer, supporting all aspects of recruitment delivery across a number of technologies. You will be using a variety of methods to attract and speak to potential IT candidates including headhunting, networking, word of mouth referrals and using their brand new multi-functional database.

This is a target-driven role which does carry a commission structure even as a trainee. You should be looking to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role within 6 months where you will be challenged with new business sales and deal negotiation. With a basic salary circa £18k we recommend that first year earnings are £25-30k and beyond that you should be looking at £40-60k per year.
