A a boutique executive headhunting company specialising in the areas of investment banking, asset management and IT change management. They work typically on vacancies paying £80-120k for the successful candidates but also have the ability to work on significantly higher-level positions where they will work on 'retained' assignments on an exclusive basis.
Looking for a graduate or finalist to join the business to work in the Wealth Management headhunting team. You will be based in Brighton with regular trips to London once you are established.
A good headhunter will make direct approaches to candidates in a sensitive and respectful way and they will build trust with candidates so over time they can ask for referrals and relevant information to source candidates for roles. The trainee will go to candidate and client meetings. There will not be targetsKPI as work will be agreed weekly and then discussed throughout the week and reviewed at the end of the week. Someone who is a good listener is paramount and can utilise effective questioning to understand each individuals motivations.
There is large scope for growth and this is great role for someone who is considering a career within executive search but doesn't want a KPI-driven, hard sales environment. They provide a great platform to develop long term and are looking for an intelligent, commercial individual

Looking For:
- Recent graduate or undergraduate. Business or Finance backgrounds are very welcome
- Telephone-based experience, ideally in a professional sales capacity but not necessarily in recruitment
- Those who are genuinely interested in global business, particularly finance.
