A small, specialist recruitment consultancy with a truly international feel. From their office in the busy North Laines of Brighton, they recruit for senior supply chain and procurement positions for a range of clients across the UK, Europe and beyond. The majority of the work is conducted on an exclusive basis and the candidates they work with regularly command six-figure salaries.

They are looking to expand UK operations over the next 18 months and also intend to roll out new offices in Europe, North America and Asia by the end of 2011.

Due to the earlier than anticipated success of their last graduate hire, the company is looking to hire a bright, tenacious and commercially aware graduate to work within the Energy recruitment team. Most of the work will be within the emerging markets which gives the company a competitive edge over other energy recruiters. You will be looking to place high-level contract and permanent staff for multiple roles within procurement, supply chain and logistics. This will be highly lucrative for the company and yourself. After six months you should have the understanding and confidence to develop new clients within the Oil and Gas and Energies sector and become a fully fledged Headhunter.

The basic salary for this position is £18k and naturally you will have the ability to earn a lot more in commission. The competitive bonus structure enables trainees to start earning commission from day one and at full Headhunter level ranges from 20% - 40% of revenue generated per month. They are also in the process of introducing a benefits package to include healthcare and gym membership.

Longer term prospects include the management of teams and setting up of new divisions or offices.

Requirements:

- 2.1 or above from a leading university in a traditional subject
- Sales or promotions experience
- Desire to be commercially successful
- Consultative in approach to candidates
- Maturity and gravitas to deal with seniority
- Well travelled
