Job Title: Graduate Technical Support Engineer

There is also the opportunity to travel to Switzerland for company training.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing 1st line after sales support for industrial products, including liaising with colleagues for proactive technical problem solving.

Main duties will be:

-Providing technical support and proactive problem solving
-Documenting customer and technical information, and commercial opportunities
-Supporting the Service Manager and internal or external personnel on technical matters including delivering training
-Liaising with other departments, suppliers, engineers and managers.

This role is based on the south coast close to Brighton. We are expecting to hold interviews on the 2nd November so please apply if you are available for interview in this location on this date.

Requirements:

-B.Eng Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of a 2:2
-Excellent computer skills and experience of using databases
-Ability to think analytically and creatively
-Ability to work well within a team, co-operating and supporting your colleagues
-Ability to deal promptly, pleasantly and patiently with all enquiries and requests
