This company is looking for a graduate to join them in their High Wycombe office in a junior position supporting their clients via Phone, email and remote access.
In this role you will be tasked with providing technical assistance to both technical and non-technical users and be able to communicate complex ideas to users at all levels, perform problem solving analysis in order to resolve or refer issues as is appropriate.
As you progress you will deal more with elite level clients at a managerial level and will often be the face of the company to their clients. Long term progression and advancement are important elements in this role and you will be given opportunities for more advanced and specialised training.
Essential Skills:
- A 2:1 equivalent in any IT related subject
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
