A small technology company specialising in solutions for efficient, secure and compliant document management and information exchange. A software house, supplier, distributor, and support centre.
Do you want a client facing technical role where you can interact with a variety of people, as well as code and solve technical problems?
If so, this is an excellent opportunity for a varied role in the software industry.
You will be given early responsibility, dealing with clients and finding solutions to technical problems, attending conference calls, training clients, and consulting on client sites as well as writing and testing code. You will be trained to a high level through one on ones with peers and attending training courses on the software.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients
- Solving technical support issues
- Software development (approx. 5% of the role)
- QA test work
- Training clients
- Supporting the sales team
- Visiting client site to train clients and implement patches
Essential Skills:
- 2.2 or above or equivalent in Computer Science, ITMB, Physics, Maths or related
- Great communication skills
- Desire to work in the technology sector
- Understanding of code
- Driving license
Desired Skills:
- Experience coding in C#, C++, .Net (not essential)
