My client is a well-known and strong leader in the development and provision of trading and financial software environments for specialist distribution, wholesale, merchant and retail industry sectors. Its software is able to help its clients increase profit potential, improve efficiency, reduce cost, provide superior customer service and gain visibility and control across their organisation.
They are looking to hire a graduate to work for them as a Technical Support Analyst.
This role is ideally suited to a graduate from a Computer Science background who is keen to work in a customer focussed environment rather than becoming a Software Engineer. The role will involve elements of working with code but not in a development sense.
You will be working in a busy team environment resolving customer issues using analytical and coding skills. You will need to be highly motivated, proactive and a keen problem solver!

Requirements:
You need to have a customer focus - evidenced by some customer services experience gained while at university. You should have a Computer Science degree, or a degree with a large element of computing to it. You should also have a good appreciation of a structured programming language such as VB or Java. Any understanding of Databases is also desirable.
