Our client is a rapidly expanding management and technical consultancy specialising in helping government and public sectors deliver complex projects to challenging timescales.
Their work spans both Management Consultancy and technical disciplines. On the Management Consultancy side their staff implement business change and strategy, deliver effective project and programme management, structure and run complex procurements and conduct investment appraisals and options analyses.
Their edge is their flexible and trusted approach to client engagement and their detailed and systematic approach to problem solving. The company specialises in bringing together an organisation's people, processes and technology to deliver maximum business benefit.
There are 40-55 people in the company so there are great opportunities to progress to senior level. You are very much treated as an individual not as a 'number' as you may be treated in a larger firm.
Clients include: MOD, MOJ, Universities, Health and transport sectors as well as public sector.
They are looking for candidates with strong problem solving skills who are excellent written and verbal communicators. They pride themselves on giving high calibre candidates the chance to shine, so ambition, independence and willingness to learn are essential. This role will provide a fantastic springboard into a consulting career, with client engagement and project work from the start.
They are looking for analytical and technical graduates for roles across the UK (but based in Surrey), on a competitive starting package with a double annual bonus.
You must have or be expecting a 1st from a leading university in Engineering, Science, Maths, Economics or other technical discipline, studied to Master's level.
You should be happy to embrace lots of travel with the role, as lots of your day to day duties will be conducted on client sites.
You also need to be an excellent communicator and a great problem solver.
Due to the nature of some of the projects that you will be getting involved in you will need to hold a UK passport and be eligible for DV security clearance.
