Our client is one of the UK's largest investment fund managers with over 700,000 customers in the UK. They look after assets worth £150bn.
My client is seeking Computer Science graduates interested in a career as a Business Analyst. This role within the Technology department will require an interest and knowledge of technical development, but also in the analysis of functional requirements.
You will initially be shadowing other Business Analyst's to get an understanding of the position, putting together process documents and technical specifications. You will also be involved in the area of testing and development to give you a greater understanding of the technologies provided.
The role will then evolve to give you more client facing opportunities, more responsibilities and enable you to move into a purely Business Analyst position.
Essential skills include:
- 2:1 or above in Computer Science or a related degree.
- 320 UCAS points from FIRST 3 A levels.
- Knowledge of software development.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Immediate availability.
