The client is a fast-growing enterprise software company that provides data warehousing and master data management solutions for Global 2000 companies. Their solutions power major business intelligence initiatives, delivering proven cost benefits.
This fantastic role will see you spend 2-3 months in Seattle training to become an expert in our client's technology. Once you are up to speed you will join the support team based in London to deliver product focussed technical support with internal and external customers.
This is not your average support role; you will be a technical whiz who loves interacting with clients and different teams within the organisation to resolve software issues, support the developers, consultants and sales teams with a variety of projects and with external clients to resolve business critical issues.
Work with Blue chip organisations and become a valued member of the expert support team, flex your technical wings while also gaining experience of dealing with clients.
Requirements:
- 2:1 level grade or above in Computer Science, Physics or Maths
- A lover of solving problems
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, C++ or Java
- Understanding of RDBMS
- Confidence to take ownership of your work and see it through to completion
