You will be working on a team that believe in educating their customers, and each other. You will be joining the customer support helpdesk who communicate across a multiple of online channels to support over 100 customers.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be offered 3 months of varied training from experts in this field
- Have the opportunity to move from junior level to senior level in less than a year
- Have the opportunity to work across a multiple of online channels for example email, social media and SMS
- You will be given exposure to high end clients early on in your career
- Given responsibility to speak to clients over the phone as well as hosting presentations at customer training days
- Have the opportunity to ask questions, and develop ideas with junior and senior level colleagues
- You will be taught to use internal databases, learning new technology and software
- Be involved in coming up with new ideas to help and support customers
- Having face to face, on the phone and email contact with customers
Requirements:
- A passionate and driven graduate
- An interest in technology and digital marketing
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication, verbally and written
- Have used PowerPoint for presentations
- Customer service experience
- Any programming languages will be desirable (HTML, JavaScript or SQL)
