There may also be opportunities to work at other sites within the UK and Ireland as well as Europe depending on business needs and your linguistic ability.

Day-to-day activities could include working in manufacturing operations, delivering vital engineering solutions or in the planning and logistics areas. You could also be placed in a commercial team to broaden your knowledge and understanding in this area. What is certain is that as you grow and develop you will take on more responsibility for continuous improvement, project development and implementation.

As you gain experience, you will also enjoy training and development modules to increase your general business and personal abilities, covering topics such as project management, networking with senior management and IT skills. This tailored programme is designed to help prepare you for your future as a business manager.
