My client is a world leading retailer offering a diverse service to their customers.
This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door within a global supply chain team for a world leading retailer. You will be supporting the supply planning team to ensure that all stock required is going to right place at the right time by co-ordinating with the suppliers, head office teams, and stores.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining systems to ensure orders with suppliers are up-to-date and correct
- Working with suppliers when there are any wider issues with stock ordering and negotiate with them on the availability to re-order
- Communicate with wider teams at the head office if there are any issues that will impact other areas of the business
Requirements:
- A 2:1 in any degree discipline
- Strong A-levels; BBC minimum
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and liaise with a variety of people
- Proven responsibilities from extra-curricular activities at University and school
