This company is an award-winning global supplier of address data management and data integrity software solutions. This global information solutions company has over 300 staff based in offices across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific and 10,000 customers.
Based in this client's implementation team, you will be working to plan and execute the onboarding of new clients onto the client's software platform, as well as adding new capabilities to existing clients.
Your day to day duties will be varied and include:
Product implementation
- Validate the content of specifications and escalate any concerns if incomplete or ambiguous
- Complete assigned tasks and work packages with the focus on quality and delivery within agreed SLA's
- Perform tests (QA) in accordance to the implementation process
- Ensure all discussions and agreements with the team or client are documented (i.e. change requests)
- Walk the Consultants through the implementation once the QA is complete
- Complete any administrative tasks as requested to the timescales and standards required (i.e. recording and updating work progress, entering provisioning requests, change management)
Development
- Develop scripts to enable intelligence on landing pages
- Create SQL queries to ensure the data logic implemented is consistent
Customer Service
- Performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree level in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, .NET
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to manage and complete complex tasks to a high level of accuracy and under pressure
- Positive and professional approach at all times
- Proven ability to deliver consistent results
- Good team player with ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of and enthusiasm for communication technology
- An understanding of the benefits of marketing technologies and practices
