An opportunity has arisen to join the organisation as a Graduate Software Developer. This role will expose you to the full software development lifecycle and exciting development projects.
Working on internal systems you will be part of a team that develops all software for internal use, and some client facing projects. The position will offer extensive training and you will also be assigned your own mentor to help you progress within the position.
The role will offer a mix of on the job training and professionally accredited training courses and you will be exposed to the latest development tools.
Development will mainly be in C SHARPE and ASP.NET and you will also be exposed to other OO concepts and SQL server.
In order to apply candidates must:
- Have studied an IT oriented degree and achieved a minimum of a 2.1
- Be experienced in either C Sharpe or ASP. NET (other languages such as Java or C++ may be considered)
- Have some experience in SQL Server
- Have a passion from problem solving
- Have strong communication skills and a solid grasp of English
It would also be advantageous if candidates have had some exposure to the following:
- MVC
- NET 4
- Agile methodologies (especially SCRUM)
- Ajax, NHibernate and TDD
