Job Title: Graduate Social Gaming Product Manager

Created in 2001, our client is now established as one of the leading on-line gaming companies in the UK. Phenomenal year on year growth is projected to continue into the future. They pay out in excess of £1 million on a daily basis and work with a number of high profile affiliates.

This is a fantastic role if your love games and Facebook. You will help manage a social game over its life cycle. The successful candidate will be excellent at generating new ideas for social games and features. You will be working on the player engagement, virality and overall revenue from the game.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be the following:

- You will generate concepts and features that are viral, engaging and will generate revenue.
- Help to develop new games and features with designers and developers.
- Design, manage and optimise the virtual game economies, including the price of virtual goods.
- You will optimise the game post launch for revenue generation and virality.
- Work alongside business intelligence to analyse the impact of new features on set KPI's.

The essential skills for this role are as follows:

- You will have a 2.1 or above in a numerate degree
- Highly numerate with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent project management skills ideally in games
- Good Excel skills
- Self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- You will love games and facebook
- It's desirable but not essential to have experience of games design, producing in games industry or of social gaming.
