We have several exclusive opportunities for graduates to join a fantastic Service Management Scheme. You will receive world class training and exposure to several different business areas giving you the ideal platform to begin your career as a Service Manager within this market leading company. You will be working with household names and multinational companies to ensure service levels are maintained to the highest standards.
After an extensive induction your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Helping to increase profit across each customer area
- Identifying any issues that may arise relating to service
- Using technical and analytical skills to analyse and improve service levels
- Helping the overall efficiency of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring optimum customer service through the delivery of excellent service
- Improving operational efficiencies across different business areas
Requirements:
- 2:1 (level) or above in Engineering, Science, Economics or another technical discipline
- 300 UCAS points, from your top three A-Levels or international equivalent
- Logical, inquisitive, problem solvers who are willing to challenge using innovative thinking
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated by extra-curricular activities, positions of responsibility and work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven and motivated
- A driving licence
