My client is a large global geophysical group, offering a broad range of specialized geophysical services to the petroleum industry.
My client's services include land, shallow water OBC (ocean bottom cable) and TZ (transition zone) seismic data acquisition and advanced seismic processing services.
You will work within a team of experienced Data Processors providing clients with a highly professional service. You will be mentored and guided in all aspects of processing technologies used, work practices and methodologies. You will quickly gain an understanding of issues and challenges surrounding seismic processing, project management and client liaison. This role offers you the opportunity to take on more responsibility and complex projects as you progress in your career.
This position provides excellent career progression for a high-calibre scientific graduate or post-graduate with good problem solving and analytical skills.
Essential skills for the role include:
- To hold or to be expecting a minimum of a 2:1 in a Physics, Maths, or Geophysics degree.
