A truly global technical recruitment organisation with 3000 staff across 90 offices worldwide, servicing over 6000 companies. They are the largest provider of IT staffing in the US and 5th largest global IT services firm.

They are looking to build the IT recruitment company of choice in the UK and have ambitious growth plans for their offices in London, Dublin, Berkshire, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

An opportunity to learn how to recruit within the contract IT staffing market, starting out as a Recruiter for twelve months then moving into a sales and management role thereafter.

A target-driven position with commission paid on success. As a Recruiter you will be managing recruitment processes for a number of vacancies and will be responsible for:

- Developing recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Evaluating candidates' strengths compared with customers' requirements
- Negotiating pay rates and other terms of engagement with candidates
- Completing pre-engagement screening processes
- Managing contractors whilst on assignment

Upon promotion to Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for front-end business-to-business sales and will spend more time out of the office pitching to potential customers. You will also be looking to recruit, train and develop a team of recruiters and eventually become a Sales Manager and even Director.

The basic salary is £17.5k which rises to £24k on promotion. Projected earnings based on previous hires are £24k in year one, £40k in year two and progressively more thereafter. There are also realistic opportunities to work in their international offices.

Sales experience would be fantastic but is not a deal-breaker. You will however need to have some office-based experience. Any full-time or part-time work experience where you can demonstrate examples of the following competencies would be needed:

We will be assessing for examples of achievement outside of study, which can include sports, entrepreneurship, travel and other leisure activities.
