As well as having offices throughout the UK and the rest of Europe, they also currently have offices in both South Africa and China.
This fast growing company are currently on the lookout for an ambitious graduate to join their team.
Currently seeking an ambitious, motivated and highly organised individual to join their Managed Services Division as a Support Executive, the candidate will assist colleagues on the sales team before progressing into an Account Management position. The successful applicant should have a strong interest in technology (including cloud services). Initially the role will involve plenty of administrative support duties, working closely with the Service Sales Manager; a more sales and account management focused position will evolve over time as training is undertaken.
The main principles of the role will be:
- Quote generation
- Processing of sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
- Answering the support telephone line
- Monitoring the support email inbox
- Ticket logging
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will progress into an Account Management role within 4-6 months.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- A strong focus on customer delivery, happy to engage with customers over phone, face to face or video as the business requires
- A strong work ethic, with the desire to develop and progress within the business
- Great attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills, predominantly an ability to cope with changing priorities
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (MS Access would be an advantage)
- Ability to adapt and learn new IT Solutions (Navision, Vivantio and MS Access)
