My client is a fresh and innovative pump solutions company who market pumps for the Engineering Process Industry.

This exciting opportunity will offer you the chance to join a market leading pump distribution company. My client's customers range from oil and fuel transfer, chemical and pharmaceutical to food production, household and cosmetics companies.

Initially, the role will involve internal sales and application engineering. The right candidate will be involved in:
- Completion of tenders
- Selecting the right 'pumps' for the job
- Some market research

Your work will all be related to the sales and marketing of a large selection of pumps; Centrifugal (single and multi-stage), Gear, Rotary Lobe, Peristaltic, Diaphragm, Metering, Hygienic etc.

Essential skills include:

- A 2.2 or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Evidence of extra-curricular activities
- Ability to work independently
- Possess a drive to succeed
- 'Get-up-and-go' attitude
- Driving licence (or be taking a driving test in the next 6 months)
