Job Title: Graduate Sales Consultant

My client is a successful marketing company based in Brighton.

My client is looking for four Business Development Executives to help them grow their very successful business.

Starting salary is £17-20k depending on experience with an uncapped and generous commission scheme - top earners easily double their basic salary in commission and OTE in the first year is £33k. Based in the heart of Brighton, my client offers a very fresh and exciting working environment in a professional media company with excellent prospects for the right people.

They need exceptional telephone sales people who ideally have a firm grasp of technology. You'll be expected to generate your own leads as well as process inbound leads which typically will make up 30% of the leads you need to hit target. The current Sales and Marketing Director started in this role just three years ago, and all their Managers are home grown. They truly believe in investing and growing their people so if you have the right skills you could be writing job ads before you know it!
