My client is a successful supplier of medical and scientific equipment.
This role will suit a scientific graduate with excellent communication skills who is commercially aware and looking for a rewarding career with excellent prospects.
You will be part of a successful sales team developing business for the company.
Responsibilities include:
-Lead generation
-Technical skills to deal with queries
-Researching potential clients
-Identifying key players within the target sectors
-Calling clients and appointment setting
-Winning new business
-Networking at tradeshows and events
-Attending client meetings
-Negotiating business and contract terms
-Building and maintaining strong relationships
-Project work
In this role you will be able to progress into a number of roles within the business including Field Sales or becoming a Product Specialist.
Requirements:
-Strong scientific background, preferably a Physics degree, 2:1 or higher or with a background in radiation measurement detection
-Commercially aware
-Exceptional communication skills
-Personable and capable of building strong relationships
