My client provides support solutions to the healthcare industry and operates at a global level.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this successful company for a Graduate to provide support to the busy sales team.

The role is extremely varied and you will be responsible for the following areas:

Bids and Tenders:
-Assist the Head of Sales in creating, managing and distributing bids and tender responses
-Create a process to ensure that all relevant information is appropriately gathered in order to create bids and respond to tenders

Business Development:
-Identify and exploit new business opportunities outside of the planned growth targets
-Research target markets and gather intelligence creating a portfolio of potential clients using your own research methods as well as purchased research
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of competitor profiles

Marketing:
-Assist the UK Sales Director with all marketing efforts to support the company's set objectives
-Gain key competitor knowledge
-Create methods to identify key players in public sector healthcare
-Create methods to identify key players in private sector healthcare
-Collate information on emerging markets
-Assist the Head of Sales with the creation and maintenance of the UK Marketing Plan
-Maintain business worksheets for all market segments
-Assist with the creation and update of all marketing collateral and events

You will report to the UK Head of Sales and will work across departmental and geographic boundaries to draw in resources when required to provide input to bids and tender responses.

Requirements:

-High degree of autonomy
-Self starter
-2:1 degree
-Some work experience (appropriate to the role)
-Commercial acumen
-Exceptional English verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
-Flexibility on working hours as they will vary (when necessary be prepared to work later)
-Analytically minded
-Ideally experience of dealing with clients and researching
-Proven interpersonal skills
