Job Title: Graduate Sales Account Manager - London - OTE£25-30k

My client provides a broad spectrum of businesses with a free and unique service, assisting them in finding the highest quality office space. Their client base ranges from sole traders to large PLC's, both locally and worldwide.

While they represent a wide network of Business Centres and other office space providers, the unique way in which they are funded ensures that the service delivered is completely impartial and driven only by the needs of their clients.

The company has expanded very quickly and currently works with hundreds of different operators; from independents right through to multinationals. The number of UK and local Business Centres they represent currently numbers in the thousands.

My client is seeking recent graduates with drive, determination and entrepreneurial flair.

The role would suit individuals who are target driven, money motivated, and possess a key interest in business and sales. No previous experience is required!

The role is office based, and will offer the right candidate the opportunity to progress through the company.
If successful, you can expect an OTE of above £50k within 3 years!

Specific tasks will include, but may not be limited to:

- Taking inbound calls from businesses interested in the company services
- Following up enquiries from potential clients
- Booking appointments for property viewings
- Negotiating deals for clients
- Account management and maintaining existing client relationships
- Following up previous registrations

Candidates will require:

- 2.2 or above in any degree discipline - Although a related discipline would be advantageous
- Target driven and ambitious
- An excellent telephone manner and command of oral and written English
- Passionate about Sales and Account Management
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Money motivated
- Organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload
