Our client is a rapidly growing, market leading healthcare services provider. They also manufacture products that are used in the healthcare industry. They operate both in the UK and overseas and are a FTSE 250 company.

What will you be doing?
There are a huge variety of projects that you could get involved with. Example projects would be:
- Assisting with a new product development
- Helping to influence how products are marketed
- Working in commercial to assist with business purchasing and tenders
- Working with a Director to help define business strategy and build business plans
- Report writing and competitor analysis among a range of divisions to give business insight
- Delivering a project to help increase efficiency and reduce cost

- CMI Leadership Professional Qualification
- Variety; you will have exposure to several areas of the business
- Real projects, real responsibility, tangible results
- Scope for travel around the UK and potentially Europe (e.g. Italy, Germany, Netherlands)
- Exposure to senior management from day one
- £25k with scope for this to increase to £27k in year 2
Make note - assessment days are in early February so we need your CV before the 30th Jan.
Requirements:
- 2:1 or above in Business, Management, Economics or related
- 300 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels or international equivalent
- Logical, inquisitive, problem solvers who are willing to challenge using innovative thinking
- Full geographical mobility; initially you will be based in Derby in the UK for one year but then you will go to other UK locations. There is also scope to go overseas!
- Strong leadership potential, so extra-curricular activity, positions of responsibility and work experience
- Excellent communication skills
It would be nice if you also had language skills but it isn't a deal breaker (particularly Italian, German, Dutch).
