European executive search company specialising on senior and critical appointments ranging between £100k and £500k, and are successful in doing so in both the private and public sectors. They do this by utilising advanced research techniques in order to qualify a finite shortlist of reputable individuals ? a process which can take weeks. They are a fully retained search firm, meaning that they work as the exclusive supplier on each mandate and that their clients actually invest time and money with them at the initiation of a new vacancy.
Job Description:
- Supporting fee earners in all aspects of their role both within sales and delivery
- Provide support in identifying commercial opportunities both on and off-mandate
- Identifying target companies to be considered for a long list
- Understanding the competitive landscape in which our clients operate i.e. who are their key competitors, what has been the relevant deal flow activity in their market space, what is their market perception and history
- Constructing candidate briefing packs
- Constructing a job profile and competency matrix against which we access all candidates
- Compiling mapping documents
- Identifying appropriate candidates through research in order to provide a justification their relevance- this is in part a phone based exercise
- Making candidate approach calls
- Obtaining contact details (mobile numbers andor email address)
- Recording all information accurately on File Finder (our database)
- Writing profiles of individuals
- Networking with industry sources
- Communicate and co-ordinate with the clients and candidates throughout the assignment to incredibly high standards.
