The role will consist of research and marketing based projects to support the Consultants. A key focus of this role will be the maintenance and development of this company's marketing database.

Initially most of your work will be desk research with some telephone work. This will be a very busy role, so will aim to agree project plans and time frames to optimise your time.

Specific duties might include:

- Checking the FT to highlight any interesting companies and conducting research to see if they might be worth contacting
- Researching into Fortune 500 companies
- Researching into smaller FS companies within the City
- The daily checking of web job boards
- Researching the top 100 companies in Switzerland, Germany and France (including existing companies) and finding the correct companies to market
- Conducting research on companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai
- You may also be required to compile lists of international candidates from internet based sources and the in-house database to produce shortlists of candidates for projects. You will also help in writing candidate profiles and preparation in marketing material for structured mail shots as well as an input into marketing dates
- For the interim part of the business you will assist in sourcing new candidates as well as helping with the marketing for this area.

- 2.1 or above in any degree
- A keen interest in business
- Must show a high degree of willingness and flexibility to support any member of the team in any given task
- Able to handle changing priorities and demands and work in a fast paced environment
- Friendly, cheerful and positive in outlook
- Team oriented ? must be able to respond quickly and effectively to team requests
