My client has developed a reputation as a leader within the recruitment and headhunting of pharmaceutical professionals. They work with nearly all of the top 25 pharmaceutical companies.
There are very strong support and training structures, averaging three external training courses per annum in addition to internal training courses. They place a great deal of emphasis on giving their staff autonomy over their future, discussing in advance and putting down in black and white a career path designed around the individual. This even extends to supporting any entrepreneurial ideas that you may have, including even setting up your own division.
There is a genuine passion to be the very best and to reward those who are a part of that team. Our client has one of the best commission structures in the business as well as a quartile bonus and team targets to go on holiday four times a year from skiing to Las Vegas.
The purpose of this role is to aid the development of a particular vertical market by calling potential candidates and assessing their skills, availability and interest. A large emphasis will be placed on your networking skills, generating referrals and attaining trust from interested candidates. There is potential to progress to consultant status from this role within three months. As the company already has supplier agreements in place, you will be on a 'warm desk' where there is little cold-calling.
The rewards are very generous. The commission structure is uncapped with an OTE target of £40k. There is also the opportunity to join company days out and holidays abroad. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a targeted sales environment.
The company has requested applicants with a degree grade of 2:1 and A's and B's at A-level. Candidates should have fantastic communication skills and the determination to work in a lucrative, B2B sales environment.
