GRB are currently recruiting for one of the world's leading online e-commerce retailers. They are constantly expanding and bringing new and innovative products to the market on a daily basis. This is a chance for you to join a ground-breaking, international market leading company.
This is an opportunity to progress with a career in Human Resources or Internal Recruitment from the ground upwards. There are three vacancies with immediate starts.
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator you will be responsible for handling recruitment processes from start to finish once the candidate's CVs have been accepted by management. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling. This business has thorough interview processes with different interviewers so you will need to manage the candidates and hiring managers. You could be organising up to 30 telephone interviews per week and 10 whole interview 'loops'
- Taking ownership of candidates through complete cycle
- Recruitment database tracking and administration
- Generating contracts for successful hires
- 'Onboarding' for temporary staff
- Invoicing for advertising or agencies
- Working on ad hoc projects within HR and internal recruitment

Requirements:
- At least a 2.1 or equivalent in your degree. Business, Psychology and HRM are of particular interest although the client is open to others
- Exceptionally organised given the amount of work and variety of projects
- Assertive. You'll need to make sure that candidates and managers make themselves available for interviews
- Adaptability for different recruitment scenarios
- Strong with written content
- Happy to communicate with candidates and managers over the phone as well as e-mail
