An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate with some relevant experience to join this leading recruitment firm as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator covering a maternity leave for a period of at least 9-12 months.

You will act as part of the Support Team and dedicate your time to supporting a team of 5 very busy consultants who work with some highly reputable organisations. You will ensure the smooth running of their work and assist in providing an outstanding service to their clients.

Responsibilities:
-Arrange interviews and prepare candidates ensuring they are fully briefed
-Constant contact with candidates on interview to ensure 100% accuracy
-Qualifying prospective candidates for specific roles and ensuring they are a good fit
-Maintain regular conference calls with both clients and candidates to ensure any updates are captured relating to candidate situations or client requirements
-Maintain administration database
-Produce adverts for submission to internet sites or publications
-Use of online job boards
-Handling client and candidate queries
-Assisting reception and with office management as and when required

Please note that this role requires an immediate start as the current incumbent will be on maternity leave from the end of October and my client would ideally like to have a hand over period.

Requirements:

-Ideally experience in a recruitment consultancy
-Must have commercial experience in a similar capacity
-Confident phone manner
-Exceptional attention to detail
