My client is at the forefront of cutting edge technology. They have offices around the world and are recognised for their leading design work.
You will be working within a team of three experienced engineers. Your main task will be to assist in the integration and refinement of a sub-system and you will be involved in all aspects of the design and testing process. In order to achieve you will work collaboratively with other engineers on a day-to-day basis.
The role is highly technical and would suit a technical graduate who has developed complex, object-oriented systems (e.g. via a final year project). It is important that you can demonstrate a long-standing passion for software engineering, strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills (evidence of Python source code development required).
Essential skills for the role include:
- To hold a 2:1 in Computer Science, IT, Computing, Physics, Electronic Engineering or related subjects from a top university
- Strong A-Levels
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Linux development environment
- To be passionate about technology
- Demonstrate positivity and self-motivation
