The successful graduate will be a crucial part of a growing company with a global reach, co-ordinating projects in India and reporting back to London. Not just an exceptional organiser and communicator, the successful graduate will be able to cope with high pressure, tight deadlines and the excitement of bridging the gap between diverse cultures.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all existing and potential client based projects are fulfilled in terms of delivery, timeliness, efficiency and quality. This includes resource planning and coordinating the efforts of project leads, team members and third party suppliers in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Requirements:

- Willing to relocate to Pune, India.
- Working in tandem with the London and Indian offices to ensure that projects are progressing on time, on budget, to the right standard and to ensure that timelines are met by communicating efficiently between the two locations.
- Manage and predict resource requirements that will meet the demands of the business always ensuring that resource capacity is fully utilised.
- Report regularly on conflicting priorities and recommending actions to remove issues through proactive monitoring and reporting on all projects.
- Act as Project Lead as and when.
- Provide appropriate IT support and technical expertise where needed.

Skills:

- 2:1 or above in Business, Business Information Systems, Maths, Sciences, Law, Economics or related
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects
- Good understanding of IT to communicate effectively
- Able to adapt to new and challenging environments quickly.
