They are seeking to hire graduates who are genuinely ambitious, motivated by personal development and career progression and who value high earning potential. They recruit across the aerospace defence, pharmaceutical, IT and oil and gas industries, with 50% of their business coming from the UK and the rest in Europe and Middle East.
Most graduates will start out their career with the company in a Resourcer role, which is entirely about finding the best candidates for your specialist area. You will be targeted on making placements but also be motivated to learn as much about your sector as possible in order to become an expert. Progression is flexible as the company have career paths in Resourcing Management, Business Development and Account Management.
You will start on a 10-point recruitment training programme which covers all aspects of candidate resourcing and once passed you will move onto a Personal Development Plan with quarterly reviews and future planning. The training is delivered by HR, managers and using interactive software. You will be set project work to help understand your defined market.
The basic salary is £18-20k depending on sales experience and with commission available the first year OTE is £35k+ and 2nd year is £60k+. Alongside regular commission you can earn quarterly bonuses based on personal development and contribution to the team. Salaries are reviewed on progression to each level.
