They deliver leading edge design, engineering, construction and maintenance solutions for complete projects and individual plants within the energy, chemical and petrochemical, refinery and utility industries.
Their activities assist clients with all aspects of their operations including new facilities, efficiency improvements and refurbishments. They also create value for clients by applying expert knowledge, innovation and technology and by creating strategic alliances and innovative partnerships.
This position is all about process engineering and will see you involved in the design, engineering, construction and maintenance solutions for complete projects and individual plants within the energy, chemical and petrochemical, refinery and utility industries.
By applying expert knowledge, innovation and technology and by creating strategic alliances and innovative partnerships you will be part of a team assisting clients with all aspects of their operations including new facilities, efficiency improvements and refurbishments.
You will develop a thorough knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and legislation (such as CDM and HASAWA), which affect engineering and you will develop knowledge to allow you to be conversant with developments and technological advances in this company's sector. You will also provide support to the proposal department in the development of tenders and bids to prospective clients.
As well as Chartership support you will complete a training programme designed to develop all your technical and commercial skills.
Essential Skills:
- 2:2 or above M.Eng Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally your degree will be accredited through IChemE
- Knowledge of Process engineering will be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box to bring solutions to difficult engineering issues
- Be locally based or readily able to relocate to the West Midlands area
- Available for an immediate start
