This growing company are a well established, creative furniture provider offering services to high profile clients from conception to consultation, through product specification all the way through to furniture installation. They provide solutions to a range of sectors, from office spaces, restaurants and universities.
As Graduate Process Administrator you will be supporting the sales team in ensuring all orders are processed successfully. You will be working closely with the lively sales team and responsible for all work relating to jobs, ensuring all documents are in place and up to date.
It's a very varied support role and you'll be getting involved in all sorts, including:
- Updating sales sheets and producing sales documents using Excel
- Updating jobs and checking financial values are correct
- Preparing and checking through Purchase Orders
- Dealing and liaising with suppliers and their queries
- Support account managers
- Producing quotations for potential clients and handling customer service enquiries
Essential Skills:
- A degree in business or related
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT skills in Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Admin or customer service experience preferable
