With a client list ranging from Satchi and Satchi to some of the world's leading Pharmaceutical companies they specialise in placing high level Account Managers, Brand Managers and PR executives worldwide.

As a Graduate Trainee you will sit alongside a Partner Consultant who will be your mentor and guide you through your training to ensure that you become an expert in your niche. This means you will have full contact with clients and candidates and will be able to shadow a very successful high biller.

This is a candidate led market which means a strong focus on headhunting, social media and referrals so you need to be able to be think long term. When you find a good candidate the demand for them is such that you will have a number of roles and companies you can talk to them about.
