Job Title: Graduate Pharma Recruitment Consultant

My client offers a mid-to-high end pharmaceutical recruitment solution that covers Europe as well as the UK. They offer a grown-up, consultative atmosphere rather than a heavily autocratic, call-centre feel. Having started the company in the directors bedroom eight years ago they now have 28 staff in a serviced office and are moving to brand new, state-of-the-art office in the centre of Horley, Surrey with a capacity of 50.

The company is benefitting from successful long-standing relationships with a number of key accounts and needs 4-6 graduate trainees to help cope with demand for staffing solutions as well as to bring in new business to the company. Your role will be a mixture of candidate generation (through database searches and headhunting) and developing new jobs via business-to-business sales.

This is a highly competitive and rewarding career where success becomes financial reward. The basic salary for the role is £15-18k depending on sales experience and you should be looking to double this in your first year. On top of their holiday package you can take the day off on the day after your birthday to enjoy yourself in the evening! They offer a multitude of extra incentives on top of the commission scheme in which you can get extra holiday days.

The preference is for 'traditional degrees' such as Business, Economics, Sciences, Languages, Humanities and Psychology. Ideally you will have experience in a sales based position.

Fluency in any European language would be welcomed as the company conducts a lot of business overseas.

You must reside or be willing to relocate to a sensible area to commute from Horley, Surrey.
