This niche company has developed a leading technology portfolio addressing the needs of the global nanoelectronics sector. They deliver practical nano-materials and technologies to the semiconductor, renewable energy and clean technology industries.
In this role you will be joining a team of other scientists with varying levels of experience, including other recent graduates. You will work across a variety of research programmes involving the creation and commercialisation of novel nanostructured materials and thin films.
This is a 'hands-on' role with fantastic potential for new scientific learning and creativity. This is the perfect opportunity to make a difference in a role with on-the-job training and where every week will bring a new and exciting challenge. You'll be working in a world class, clean facility with state-of-the-art nanomaterial growth systems and analytical equipment.

Requirements:
-2.1 or higher Master's degree in Physics with an optics bias or an optics based degree
-Experience of synthesising and understanding pigmented materials
-A's or above at A-level or equivalent
-A dynamic personality with a strong desire to succeed in a commercial research organisation
-Self motivation and job focus
-Strong communication skills
