My client is the technical division of one of the world's largest banking groups. They conduct consulting, technical development, analysis and technical support to all business areas within the bank.

This position will sit within the operations team and you will be in charge of giving support to all PMO's in the countries with inquiries related to project management.

Projects are vast and numerous so this role will offer exposure to many large projects across all areas of the business.

Working alongside other members of the operations team you will be expected to:

- Give support for time recording and project planning and tracking enquiries
- Resolve incidents related to the processes mentioned above
- Prepare monthly tracking and forecasting of project financials
- Take minutes and document actions at different governance meetings
- Other ad-hoc projects for senior management and projectprogramme managers.

This role will offer the successful incumbent exposure to many aspects of project management and operational support within financial technology.

In order to apply candidates must have:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- An understanding of financial systems and processes
- An understanding of project cycles and processes
- An understanding of contract and service agreement tracking and management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- An ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Discretion when working with confidential information
- Knowledge of programming techniques and operating systems
