Job Title: Graduate Nordic Speaking Consultant

A leading provider of online financial information to the global financial community.

An opportunity has arisen to join the organisation as a Consultant, who will support clients based in Scandinavia. You will be given immediate responsibility working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions. Clients include a number of the leading global investment banks and top asset managers.

As this role is dealing with clients in Scandinavia you must be fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian.

The role will include:

- Answering day to day client queries and providing creative solutions through our helpdesk
- Working on large scale projects that optimise client's workflow
- Providing onsite consultation to clients
- Ensuring that client relationships are healthy and that clients are getting the most out of the system.

Applications will be welcomed from candidates with the following skills:

Candidates that are fluent in English and one of the following languages:

- Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian

- Strong numeric, analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- A commercial attitude
- Experience in a client or customer facing role or a desire to excel in this area
- A strong knowledge of PC applications in particular Excel
- A desire to travel.

It would be preferable if candidates had studied either a Finance, Business, IT, Economics or Maths related degree.
