Job Title: Graduate New Business Sales Executive - Surrey

My client is a market leading sales and marketing recruitment consultancy in the UK. With over 180 employees based in regional offices, including Divisional Managers, Consultants, National Accounts, Key Accounts and New Business Sales Executives.

My client is looking for talented, polished and articulate sales professionals, capable of both new-business generation as well as account-development. Now emerging from a period of economic uncertainty, this is an exciting time to join a recognised market-leader. Using your natural flair for sales, you will develop relations with key decision-makers within the IT sector. Through a period of intensive and structured industry training, you will quickly become familiar with the recruitment process, enabling you to utilise your sales ability in a fast-paced and lucrative environment.

The basic salary for this position is £18,000 with a generous commission scheme enabling successful salespeople to earn over £30,000 in year one. Progression through the company can come in a variety of ways from leading sales teams to account management of key clients.

Experience in a similar environment or understanding of the pressure and demands of a sales environment is desirable. Both field sales and internal sales backgrounds will be considered.
