Founded in the late sixties this is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting employers in all aspects of graduate recruitment. They represent over 800 organisations that, between them, offer a high proportion of graduate opportunities in the UK. Their mission is: 'To be the leading, independent voice of UK-based Graduate Recruiters, providing impartial, authoritative advice aimed at helping their members' businesses excel.'
This role would suit a graduate who has a motivated, conscientious and flexible approach to work. This fantastic role covers a range of duties from event management, membership liaison, diary management and finance administration.
This well-known association is going through a period of change so the successful applicant will have the opportunity to help shape the role. This position initially starts in their current office in Warwick with the potential to move to their new London offices during the summer.
Key responsibilities may include:
Event Administration
-Assisting with the preparation of events
-Taking, confirming and invoicing bookings
-Dealing with delegate enquiries
-Organising event logistics
Membership
-Maintaining the membership database
-Dealing with membership enquiries
-Managing membership renewals
-Producing reports
Finance Administration
-Dealing with payments
-Invoicing payments
-Chasing up membership invoices
-Reconciling bank statements
Requirements:
-2:1 or above in your chosen discipline
-Extremely organised and deadline driven
-Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written
-Enthusiasm and commitment
-Experience within an office environment desirable
