A specialist medical and healthcare recruitment company becoming very well-known in recruitment circles as an excellent business and have recently won Recruiter Magazine awards for the best small agency and best healthcare recruiter, alongside inclusion in the Sunday Times FastTrack 100.

Initially supporting a team of experienced recruiters, you will be focusing on activities to generate a constant stream of highly qualified medical professionals for both contract and permanent vacancies. You will learn and utilise headhunting methods alongside more traditional resourcing tactics such as database recruitment, jobs board canvassing and gaining referrals.

A hugely target-driven role which should progress into a full Recruitment Consultant career within 3-6 months. The basic salary ranges from £17-20k depending on sales experience and with commission you should be looking to take home at least £30k in your first year.

We are looking for graduates from most subjects who have a pedigree in a sales-driven environment.
