My client is a specialist medical recruitment agency that has enjoyed huge success and growth since their inception in 2007, achieving turnover of £7.2m in their second full year of trading. They are currently a small team of six and have capacity to quadruple this with the right staff.

Directed by a seriously successful recruiter with over 10 years specialist medical recruitment experience, this company have fantastic relationships with clients and are signing up over 250 specialist candidates per month to help fulfil growing demand for their services.

The company is looking for a number of graduates who can start with immediate effect in the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the medical field.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Accountability for the development and growth of your own sales area
- Identifying business opportunities through client or candidate leads, referrals and market intelligence
- Undertaking sales calls to new and existing clients to establish new job requirements, attending agency briefings and industry networking events
- Maintaining relationships with registered candidates to determine suitability and availability for ongoing requirements
- Management of job offers and negotiation of salaries to close deals.

The basic salary for this position starts at £16k and can be negotiable depending on experience. Being a targetted sales role you should expect to earn in excess of £30k given the strength of the market. The company is looking for future leaders and now is a good time to join given their early stage of growth.

We are looking for those with a genuine interest in selling and making commission. You will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

- Charming, personable telephone manner

You will need to be residing within a reasonable commute to Brentwood in Essex or be happy to relocate to the area.
