My client is a huge name in the offshore engineering industry and is a supplier to all of the major offshore contractors including Technip, Acergy and SBM.

My client is a marine engineering consultancy specialising in ship design for new-building or conversion. They offer excellent career opportunities and fully support candidates achieving chartered status with tailored training and in-house mentors.

The right candidate will be involved in making a real difference within an expanding Offshore Engineering Design office. You will be part of a consultancy team focusing on high quality Engineering Analysis and will be exposed to all aspects of numerical analysis on a wide variety of technical challenges across a broad range of industries from marine to aerospace.

Requirements:

- To have a 2.1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Confidence and experience using Finite Element Analysis software
- The ability to think and act independently
- The ability to use initiative
