My client is the UK's largest specialist fragrance retailer with 150 stores nationwide. They sell perfume and related products and have over 1000 products to choose from.

An exciting position has arisen for a graduate to join this well known company in their marketing team helping to develop their CRM project.

Responsibilities include:

- Helping to support their new customer loyalty scheme
- Developing communications for the customer base
- Developing the project for different groups by tailoring offers
- Helping to encourage repeat spend
- Sourcing and delivering exciting and innovative benefits to customers
- Liaising with lots of other areas within the business and externally

Requirements:

- A 2:1 or above in Marketing, Business or a related degree
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in CRM
- Computer literate and able to work with data
- Strong attention to detail
